Many of us have been in that catch-22 situation where we want to find a rapid weight loss diet, yet we don’t want to give up the grub. It's as ridiculous as a smoker saying he would definitely quit the habit if only he didn't have to renounce the cigarettes. Weight gain does not usually occur overnight, and so any rapid weight loss program, that works, is not going to be a healthy way to lose the fat. In fact, if you lose weight too fast, you could end up with handfuls of sagging skin that looks worse that the fatness ever did.

Most of us would just prefer to sit around and watch TV in our spare time complaining that we are too tired to exercise. Well guess what? The more you exercise, the more energetic you become so it's a win win situation.
A key path to rapid weight loss involves our caloric intake, but perhaps I should say regular and consistent weight loss as 'rapid' really is the unhealthy way to go. It also depends on you definition of the word 'rapid'. I lost 4.5 pounds a week over a 3 month period which was rapid enough for me, yet steady enough so as not to be considered extreme.
Basically, you want to get all of your essential vitamins, but you don't want a bunch of fat and cholesterol. Don't forget that by eating right, along with regular exercise, you not only improve your physic, but you increase your energy levels and ability to function properly too. Exercise is another prime factor when striving to achieve rapid weight loss and no successful weight loss program is complete without it.
A good cardio regime will help you burn fat and increase your metabolism, which can help you keep weight off. If you can't find an effective path to rapid weight loss, check the Internet for a deluge of diet plans and fitness routines to satisfy any individual.
