Exercise Fitness, Weighloss and a Change in Lifestyle!

Body builders may use an exercise fitness machine to become big and strong, but unless they get involved in aerobic exercise too, they will not become fit. They are in good physical shape, but not good physical condition. So diet without exercise, forget it! Exercise without diet? No way! Diet, exercise, fitness, equals good health and wellbeing. There really is no quick fix to ridding plump bodies and flabbiness, but rather a change in lifestyle which incorporates good food choices and movement on a regular basis.

We all know someone, or of someone, who seems to be constantly on one dieting plan or another, yet never seem to shed and ounce? Most of these yoyo weightwatchers like to blame the diets for being no good, but if they’re honest about it, they really know what the problem is. The crux of their problem is that they never follow through on any diet, or fail to incorporate exercise fitness into their eating plans. No diet can succeed without some form ore regular exercise, just as exercise alone will fail if followed by unhealthy eating.

It’s a sad fact that far too many of us have a self destruct button when it comes to abusing our bodies. Many of us care more about the fuel which we put in our cars than we do the fuel we put into ourselves. We maintain our vehicles and get them regularly checked and tweaked while at the same time disregard our own bodies by denying ourselves a regular exercise fitness program and healthy eating plan! Sounds too ridiculous to be true, but it is true in so many cases.

Exercise Fitness Programs Don't Work - Unless YOU work them!

There's also a good chance that if you are reading this short piece, this is not your first attempt at getting some exercise fitness and proper eating habits into your life. The trouble is that so many folks jump from program to program without seeing any real results, and they think that that particular exercise program is not good, or not suited to their needs. We've all been there to a greater or lesser extent. From purchasing some kind of exercise machine for the home or prancing around to the latest workout exercise video in the lounge. Many of us joined fitness centers, or exclusive pricey fitness clubs (like high fees = great results!), and some of us took up alternative routines like Pilates exercises. But they all failed right? If they didn't, then why are you here reading this article?

Exercise, Fitness = Attitude Adjustment. Are you in the right frame of mind!

That's right folks – attitude! Whether you want to hear it or not, the reason why most of us fail, even when we so desperately want to get into good all round shape, is simply because we don't follow through. Many of us got out of shape over a number of years, yet we want to become superman or superwoman overnight. When that doesn't happen, we get bored and fed up, and go back to what we know all too well – slouching, and eating! The fact of the matter is that we want to eat and laze around more than we want to get fit and healthy. If that wasn't the case, we know what we have to do, but we don't do it, so we make choices. When it all becomes too much, we once again go off in search of that next miracle exercise, fitness, and diet plan, that will change us in a jiffy,

Getting into exercise routines requires getting into the right frame of mind. The mental outlook and attitude needs to be adjusted and when you're in the right frame of mind, the sky is the limit with regards to getting into shape and staying that way. But it's important to note that exercise alone will not cut it, as you will need to watch your foods too. Exercise and healthy diet go hand in hand just as no diet plan will leave out exercise. Feeling great is all about adjusting to a new physical, mental, and spiritual lifestyle.

Exercise, Fitness, Food! It's time to be good to yourself!

EXERCISE - There's no need to overdo it! So many folks go too hard too fast into their exercise regimes convinced that they have to gasp for breath and be dripping in sweat for it to have any benefit. This is wrong! Research has proven that good brisk walks totaling around 12 miles a week or a weekly total of approximately 2-3.5 hours will improve your aerobic fitness and general health by leaps and bounds.
